program devoted to old-time, can be heard at 8:00pm EST Sundays.

NC. "Free workshops have become synonymous with WAFS. Workshops
include styles of playing all acoustic instruments, singing, dancing,
copyright, showmanship and the list goes on. The "open mic" sessions
are another popular venue. MerleFest invites WAFS to host jam sessions
prior to and during the festival. "

- WNCW in Spindale,
NC now offers a webcast of its shows. This includes Joe Cline's old-time
show , "This Old Porch", which is on from three until five each Sunday
afternoon, eastern time. John Fowler and Joe are the alternating hosts.
Content includes various sorts of string band music, ballads, some classic
